Construction begins with the Bobcat, but design excellence & planning begins before excavation:
Designs are not only unique, but pass rigid engineering standards to assure you solid construction and ease of maintenance.
Proper steel construction supports gunite, as well as being tied into the decking support. The steel and preliminary plumbing is done prior to the gunite.
6 sack (4000 psi) gunite is applied 12" at the beam. It takes 7 days for the gunite to
properly cure & request you to spray it with water twice daily.
Efficient scheduling is planned, so that your pool can be completed within 30 days from the date of excavation. After the coping, tile and decking is complete, we apply special pool plaster and fill your pool - Then, we add the required chemicals, start the equipment and make sure you know how everything works. When you have questions before, during construction or after everything is done, we're just a phone call away. Everything is covered under the best warranty plan in the industry, so we respond promptly to keep your pool operating perfectly. When we keep you happy, we know we are doing our job.
